Refund policy

You can return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return?

  1. Email us at info@arullo-shop.com to request a return. We will send you the return form.

  2. Fill out the return form. Specify the items you want to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and resalable.

  3. Choose a carrier and send back to us within 14 days.

  4. Once we receive your return at our warehouse we will process it within 7 business days. Our returns department will email you about the status of your return.

Costs for returns

You pay for return costs. That’s why we recommend you use trackable shipping as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Restocking fee
We don’t charge restocking fee.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your ordered item? Sure thing. Contact our customer support and they will guide you on how to do the exchange.

Damaged package?
If your package is damaged, please take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then email to info@arullo-shop.com with your order number so our customer support can help you out.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you if we accept it. If yes, you will get your refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used to order from our store.
