Order Cut Off Time
If you place your order by 12:00, we will begin processing it the same day.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process. 

Order Shipping

Once you place your order, we need 1-5 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive. 

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order. They will give the order cancellation confirmation.

Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to info@arullo-shop.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
